The dbCreator method uses the standard five life cycles of an application: Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) but with modifications based on your business requirements.  The following are the benefits of this tool:

The Easy Filing System.Template (EFS) tracks and organizes the location of paper and electronic information. This is how EFS works:

  1. Open the tool then type the paper or electronic information into the provided fields (organizes information and identifies the physical location)
  2. Print the label then place with the information (consistency in locating files)
  3. Later, search for the file or related files using the key information entered in step 1 then go to the location to retrieve (via hyperlink or filing cabinet)
It is that easy.  This template is designed for  Microsoft Acess 2000-2003 (2007 is in test phase).  The tool helps you organize the information, locate the information, and manage offsite and disposal of files.
